System where you can book reservations for a shorter line at Disneyland Park.
Used to be the free FastPass system. Then became MaxPass.

What’s included?
Ability to book reservations for popular attractions, such as Space Mountain, Indiana Jones Adventure, Haunted Mansion,
PhotoPass is included.
Audio tales, which I’ve never used.

What’s not included?
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is an additional charge ($20). These types of attractions are called Individual Lightning Lanes.
Other popular attractions, such as Peter Pan’s Flight, Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean, Alice in Wonderland and the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage are not a part of the Genie+ system, and only have a standby line.
Viewing areas for shows can’t be booked through Genie+. Those require dining packages or Boarding Groups, if those are being offered.

Is it worth it?
Depends. What do you want to accomplish? What time are you arriving at the park? How busy is it?

What is the free Disney Genie service?
Junk. Don’t bother. If you know what attractions are at Disneyland before you visit, you will not learn anything new.

Park Hopping with Genie+
Guests with a Park Hopper ticket can make Genie+ reservations for Disney California Adventure attractions at anytime. The earlier that the reservation will be book for is at 1:00pm, when Park Hopping is allowed.

How to purchase Genie+
Home screen or on individual attraction pages. Only available after you enter the park.

What ride should I book a reservation for first?
Depends. Indiana Jones Adventure.
If you are Park Hopping, get a Toy Story Midway Mania reservation before 1:00pm.
Don’t do “it’s a small world” early.
Book a nighttime “it’s a small world” Holiday reservation early, since that sells out.
